Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for a per diem position at Christus St. Michael's Hospital in Texarkana, TX.

The NNP will provide 24-hour in-house coverage for the Level-III NICU and support the care of neonates in the nursery, including preemies and term babies requiring specialized ventilation and cooling. Qualified candidates will hold current APRN national specialty certification, possess a master's degree with at least 1 year of post-graduate

Qualifications

• Must hold current APRN national specialty certification.
• Minimum of a master's degree and 1 year post-grad clinical experience.
• TX license or active IMLC preferred.
• Certified NNP with recent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour in-house coverage for the Level-III NICU.
• Care for preemies and term babies needing ventilation, nitric oxide, oscillator ventilation and cooling.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and hospital staff to deliver coordinated neonatal care.
