Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join the Level III NICU at CaroMont Regional Medical Center in the Charlotte area, Gastonia, NC. The 16-bed NICU is recognized as a Luxury Birthplace and supports single-room family-centered care.

The role involves working with 2 neonatologists and 5–6 NNPs, providing NICU and newborn nursery coverage with in-house daytime care and planned night call, in a dynamic, expanding system.

Qualifications

• Current APRN national specialty certification.
• Minimum of a master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide neonatal care in a Level III NICU.
• Collaborate with 2 neonatologists and 5–6 NNPs across Gaston and surrounding counties.
• Assist with coverage in the newborn nursery as needed.
• Deliver family-centered care and contribute to high-quality outcomes.
