Job summary

Prime Healthcare Medical Group in Aurora, IL is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MR imaging in a per diem capacity. The role requires ARMRIT or ARRT(MR) certification, BCLS, and an ARRT-approved MRI program or course with preferred 2+ years of MRI experience.

Strong computer skills necessary. The successful candidate will follow MRI safety guidelines, ensure accurate image processing and documentation, and support the clinical team as needed.

Qualifications

• ARMRIT or ARRT(MR) required.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and remain current.
• Must be a graduate of a ARRT approved Radiologic Technology Program or MRI course.
• At least 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist Preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of MR imaging in accordance with procedures and policies.
• Maintain MRI safety and professional conduct standards.
• Accurately process and document exams in the department system.
• Assist clinical team and provide support when not imaging.
