Job summary

Prenuvo is seeking an MRI Technologist for a per diem position in the Chicago clinic. The role emphasizes patient safety, high-quality Prenuvo scans, and efficient room preparation.

You will handle image post-processing and use PACS to transfer data, while supporting a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Requirements include MRI program completion or ARMRIT/ARRT MR certification and at least 2 years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed with the appropriate board (ARMRIT or ARRT MR)
• Completion of an accredited MRI program or radiologic technology program
• Clinical work experience of at least 2 years
• Ability to perform examinations and ensure patient safety

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI Scanner and ensure patient safety while delivering high-quality Prenuvo scans
• Manage scan room setup, supplies, and room cleanliness
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report to the relevant department
• Use PACS and imaging software for image transfers and processing
• Post-process images and ensure complete transfer to PACS
• Assist in training new technologists on procedures and safety
