Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical diploma in Radiology or Imaging Services.
• Current NYS Radiologic Technologist IV License within 180 days of hire.
• ARRT (X‑Ray) certification within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Reviews orders and safety screening forms to ensure exam appropriateness and patient safety.
• Performs MRI exams independently according to protocols and radiologist directives.
• Performs IV placement and contrast administration following policy.
• Maintains MRI safety, image quality, and patient dignity throughout procedures.
• Operates HIS/RIS systems and documents exam start/stop times per policy.
