Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking an MRI Technologist to operate MRI scanners, produce diagnostic images, and provide patient-centered care in alignment with professional standards. You will follow safety regulations, maintain equipment, and document in the RIS system while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires ARRT or ARMRIT registration, CPR certification, and the ability to perform MRI procedures independently.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an AMA approved radiography program.
• ARRT or ARMRIT registered technologist, active and in good standing per state rules.
• CPR certification current and valid.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist in the appropriate state if applicable.
• Ability to perform MRI procedures independently with supervision as needed.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients before MRI exams using two identifiers.
• Explain MRI procedures and position patients for imaging.
• Perform routine and advanced MRI scans with patient support during the procedure.
• Adjust MRI parameters and follow physician orders accurately.
• Maintain RIS records and ensure safety and equipment cleanliness.
