We are searching for a Per diem Mobile Health Provider (NP/PA) to join our Willmar, MN team. This is a per diem position with a flexible schedule based on mobile health operations and community need. Work is performed exclusively in mobile unit and community-based settings. Hours may include daytime mobile clinic coverage, outreach activities, and occasional evening, after-hours, and weekend events as needed.
