CHSI is a private, non‑profit organization established in 1973 to serve the health needs of migrant and seasonal farm workers and their family members. Our services are provided on a more affordable sliding fee scale to those who are underinsured or uninsured. We also accept ND and MN Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance plans. We currently operate four nurse‑managed clinics, and two victim advocacy program centers.
We are searching for a Per diem Mobile Health Provider (MD/DO) to join our Rochester, MN team. This is a per diem position with a flexible schedule based on mobile health operations and community need. Work is performed exclusively in mobile unit and community‑based settings. Hours may include daytime mobile clinic coverage, outreach activities, and occasional evening, after‑hours, and weekend events as needed.
