Job summary

Total Sono is seeking a per diem MFM sonographer to perform a wide range of routine, high-risk, and gynecologic ultrasound studies at OB/GYN practices across North Jersey. You will work with perinatologists to review complex cases and support patients through pregnancy with compassionate, patient-centered care.

Ideal candidates are ARDMS-registered in OB/GYN with fetal anatomy experience and at least 2 years in obstetrical imaging, able to work independently and in collaboration with physicians,

Qualifications

• ARDMS certification in OB/GYN with current experience in fetal anatomy.
• Minimum 2 years of routine and high-risk obstetrical imaging experience.
• Ability to perform gynecologic studies with confidence.
• Patient-centered, calm under pressure, and collaborative with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, high-risk, and gynecologic ultrasound studies at OB/GYN practices.
• Collaborate with perinatologists on complex cases and review findings.
• Contribute to timely, informed decisions for patients throughout pregnancy.
• Maintain patient comfort and clear communication during exams.
