Job summary

Total Sono is seeking a skilled MFM Sonographer to join our Central Jersey practices on a part-time and per diem basis. You’ll perform routine, high-risk, and gynecologic ultrasounds across Edison and other Central Jersey locations, collaborating with perinatologists to guide patient care.

The role emphasizes patient comfort, clear communication, and collaboration. ARDMS OB/GYN registration is preferred with a minimum of two years’ obstetrical imaging experience; 2 days/month minimum commitment

Qualifications

• ARDMS OB/GYN registered; NT certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in both routine and high-risk obstetrical imaging.
• Confident performing gynecologic studies.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, high-risk, and gynecologic ultrasound studies.
• Work across OB/GYN practices in Central Jersey (Edison, etc.).
• Collaborate with perinatologists reviewing complex cases.
• Ensure patient comfort and clear communication during exams.
• Operate independently while coordinating with physicians.
