ProMedica is seeking a Medical Assistant to support patient-centered care in our Ohio facilities. You will communicate with patients, families and care teams, document visits, and assist with obtaining vitals to ensure accurate records and smooth clinic operations.

As a member of the ProMedica team, you will help maintain a safe patient experience from entry to exit, collaborating with leadership to uphold clinical excellence and continuous improvement in patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification or within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Obtain vitals and document visit reasons.
• Communicate with patients and health-care team.
• Provide a safe patient experience in the facility.
