Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• BLS (CPR) certification required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with patients and care team to support patient-centered care.
• Obtains patient vitals and documents visit reasons.
• Supports providers by relaying messages and answering calls.
