Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred but may consider equivalent experience.
• Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant (RMA, CMA, NRCMA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate and provide training to students.
• Ensure students know the competencies for syllabus objectives.
• Design and implement lesson plans considering student abilities and learning styles.
• Provide ongoing student advisement and academic counseling.
• Use varied evaluation methods to support student abilities.
• Refer students to support services as needed.
• Collaborate with campus staff and committees for program enrichment.
• Comply with state, department, and accreditation regulations.
