Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
• CPR/BLS required prior to start date.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
• Minimum 1 year in an admin, patient-facing, or customer service role.
• Phlebotomy and lab processing skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide front-end support: scheduling, calls, and payments.
• Room patients in person or virtually and update patient charts with required information.
• Collect, prepare, and submit ordered patient lab specimens as directed.
• Assist with exam room turnover, and maintain infection control per guidelines.
• Assist in obtaining records and prior authorizations as needed.
