Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands-on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants.
• Washington Medical Assistant Certification required upon hire.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire (American Heart Association).
• Minimum six months healthcare experience and six months Medical Assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• The MA II works under the delegation of a licensed practitioner to perform duties as directed to assist in patient care.
• Performs MA I duties and is fully competent in clinical needs/functions for the assigned clinic/location.
