Qualifications

• Experience with computer systems including web-based applications and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and serves as a communication resource, obtaining complete information and prioritizing to providers.
• Assists with vitals, EKGs, injections, phlebotomy, and specimen collection.
• Ensures patient records are updated in EMR and filed per policy; procures medical records as needed.
• Maintains compliance with OSHA standards and participates in practice improvement initiatives.
• Supports practice staff with record assembly and patient information requests.
