Job summary

Greenfield Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help with daily upkeep on a per diem basis. The position requires hands-on work, reliability, and the ability to work independently to keep the facility safe and well-maintained.

Responsibilities include basic repairs, painting, snow removal assistance, and maintaining clean grounds. Prior maintenance experience is preferred, and physical tasks such as lifting are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Basic repair and maintenance skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and outdoor work.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performing minor repairs and general maintenance.
• Painting and touch-up work throughout the facility.
• Assisting with snow removal and winter weather preparation.
• Maintaining clean, safe, and orderly grounds and work areas.
• Assisting with other maintenance duties as needed.
