Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide 1:1 home-based nursing care, delivering direct patient care in patients' homes with consistent assignments and flexible scheduling. This role supports family-centered care with ongoing clinical assistance and local office support.

The position requires an active LPN license and current BLS certification, with a preference for candidates who have at least 1 year of nursing experience.
