Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide one-on-one home care to patients in their homes across the service area. You will deliver direct patient care, monitor conditions, administer medications, support care plans, and coordinate with the health care team.

We offer stable hours, flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN), and ongoing training with dedicated local support to ensure quality home-based care for both adults and pediatrics.

Qualifikationen

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.
