Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispenses prescribed medications (including Methadone).
• Monitors medical notes and vital signs; writes progress notes.
• Participates in treatment planning and reviews medical charts for compliance.
• Provides emotional support and assists on-call coverage as needed.
