Qualifikationen

• Must hold a current LPN license.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health or hospital setting.
• Experience with residents with Alzheimer’s or dementias preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Aufgaben

• Monitors the health, safety, and well-being of all residents.
• Assisting in training and monitoring of medication administration.
• Supervise care staff in accordance with current state regulations and community policies.
• Maintaining clinical quality assurance in accordance with federal, state and local standards.
• Promote the highest degree of service to residents while leading and demonstrating the mission of the company.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments.
