Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Document care and observations accurately in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols; assist in emergencies.
