Job summary
The Tremont Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in Wareham is hiring per diem LPNs. Hourly pay ranges from $40 to $46, depending on the shift, with evenings, overnights, and weekends receiving shift differentials. Weekly pay is provided.
Must be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program, CPR certified, and possess a current MA LPN/LVN license or be in the process of obtaining one. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Qualifications
- Must be CPR certified.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in MA, or be in the process of obtaining one.
- Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
- New graduates welcome.
Responsibilities
- Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
- Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under care.
- Transcribe physician’s orders promptly and accurately.
- Review patient records daily to assure accuracy and completeness.
- Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes.
- Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs.
- Maintain awareness of residents on alert list.
- Document and report unusual or significant findings; contact the physician when necessary.
- Administer medication according to procedure.
- Maintain accurate control of all drugs for which he/she is responsible.
