Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for per diem assignments across Hampton Roads, VA. You will provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications, document patient information, and coordinate with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
