Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Earn $37–$39/hour with options for same-day or next-day pay and a flexible schedule.

Active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, and current BLS/CPR are required. PPD within the last year is also needed. Local applicants preferred and equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
