Active LPN license and at least one year of facility experience are required, along with current BLS/CPR and a recent PPD test. Perks include rapid pay options and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• PPD test within last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
