Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. The position offers per diem hours with flexible scheduling and the potential for full-time hours in a local demand environment.

You will provide nursing care within the LPN scope, collect and document patient information, perform wound care, educate patients, and coordinate with nurses and physicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
