Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads. The position offers pay of $37-$39 per hour with Same-Day or Next-Day Pay options and a RapidPay Card. Local staffing coordinators are available from early morning to late evening, with full-time hours possible.

Active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, and current BLS/CPR are required. PPD within the last year is also needed.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
