Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. You will provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice and coordinate care with the healthcare team.

Requirements include an active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and recent PPD. We offer flexible scheduling with per diem hours and fast pay options for eligible shifts.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
