Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our per diem team across Hampton Roads. You will provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications, document patient information, and assist with daily living activities.

Active LPN license, minimum 1 year facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and PPD within the last year are required. We offer weekly pay, same-day or next-day pay, and a signing incentive after shifts completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collect and document patient information
• Provide wound care and patient education
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs
