First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. You will provide nursing care, administer medications, and coordinate with healthcare teams in facility settings. Active LPN license, BLS/CPR, and at least 1 year of experience required. Per diem schedule with weekly and same-day pay options.

We offer flexible scheduling, a bonus after 2 shifts, and local staffing coordinators available to support you.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD test within the last year.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.

Requirements

• Active LPN license
