Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. This position offers competitive pay and flexible scheduling with Same-Day or Next-Day Pay.

Responsibilities include providing nursing care, administering medications, documenting patient information, and coordinating with healthcare teams. Requirements: active LPN license, 1 year facility experience, BLS/CPR, and a current PPD.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
• Current BLS/CPR
• PPD test within the last year

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collect and document patient information
• Provide wound care and patient education
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs
