Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. These roles offer Same-Day or Next-Day Pay and flexible scheduling in a per diem capacity.

Requirements include an active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based nursing experience, current BLS/CPR, and a PPD within the last year. Local facilities and per diem shifts provide ongoing flexibility for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• PPD within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
