Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads. Pay is $37-$39/hour with weekly pay and same-day or next-day pay options.

You will provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications, document patient information, monitor changes, and coordinate care with nurses and physicians. Requirements include active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR,

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
