Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses for per diem shifts throughout Hampton Roads. Earn $37–$39 per hour with Same-Day or Next-Day pay options. Local applicants only; flexible scheduling and weekly pay are available.

Active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and a recent PPD are required. Join FCN for reliable per diem opportunities and supportive local staffing coordination.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. No weight restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
