Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. Per diem positions offer $37-$39 per hour with same-day or next-day pay using RapidPay Card and a potential signing bonus after two shifts.

Requirements include an active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility experience, current BLS/CPR, and a recent PPD. Local applicants encouraged to apply; FCN is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• PPD test within the last year.
• Ability to meet physical requirements with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within LPN scope.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties as needed.
