First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced LPNs to join our Per Diem team in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Earn $37-$39 per hour with same-day or next-day pay and a signing bonus after two shifts.

Per diem schedule offers flexibility and weekly pay with local staffing coordinators available from 5 AM to 11:30 PM. Requirements include an active LPN license, at least one year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and a recent PPD.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
