Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced LPNs to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads, VA. Per diem positions offer pay of $37-$39 per hour, with same-day or next-day pay and a flexible schedule.

Requirements include active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and a recent PPD. Responsibilities include administering medications, wound care, and coordinating care with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
• Current BLS/CPR
• PPD within the last year

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collect and document patient information
• Provide wound care and patient education
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs
