Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA seeks experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. Competitive pay is offered at $37–$39 per hour with Same-Day or Next-Day Pay options and rapid pay features.

We value dependable LPNs with active licensure, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year of facility-based experience. Per diem, per shift, with potential full-time hours and supportive local coordinators.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
