Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. Competitive pay: $37-$39/hour with Same-Day or Next-Day Pay options.

Local applicants only. We welcome LPNs with at least 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and an active LPN license to provide nursing care, administer medications, and coordinate patient care.

Qualifications

Active LPN license
Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
Current BLS/CPR
PPD within the last year
Ability to meet physical requirements with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments
Collect and document patient information
Provide wound care and patient education
Monitor and report changes in patient condition
Assist with activities of daily living as needed
Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs
