Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA seeks experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join its Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. The role offers pay of $37-$39 per hour with same-day or next-day pay options.

Requirements include an active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, PPD within the last year, and the ability to meet physical requirements with or without accommodations. Local staffing coordinators are available to assist.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
