First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Per Diem team serving the Hampton Roads area. An active LPN license is required with at least 1 year of facility experience.

We offer competitive pay ($37.00-$39.00/hour), same-day/next-day pay, weekly payroll, flexible scheduling, and potential for full-time hours on a per diem basis. Local applicants preferred; EOE.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• PPD within the last year.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
