Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for per diem assignments across Hampton Roads, VA. You will provide care within the LPN scope, administer medications, document patient information, and collaborate with nursing staff.

Competitive pay is offered at $37-$39/hour with same-day or next-day pay options and a hiring bonus after two shifts. Weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and local staffing coordinators are available to support you.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification; PPD within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
