Job summary

Qualifications
- Current LPN license valid in NJ.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team.
- Must pass TB screening and Physical.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Performing clinical assessments and monitoring changes in residents' conditions.
- Assisting physicians during rounds and exams.
- Communicating effectively with residents' families and care team members.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations.
- Fostering a respectful, positive, and collaborative team environment.
