Job summary

Oasis Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking experienced LPNs for per diem shifts. You will work under the supervision of our Director of Nursing, providing essential care in a rehabilitation/nursing home setting. Per diem rates are up to $40.49/hr.

The ideal candidate will be licensed, compassionate, and capable of delivering diverse basic care while maintaining composure under pressure. Previous rehab or long-term care experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LPN to apply.
• Experience in nursing home or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Per diem availability required.

Responsibilities

• Record patient medical history accurately.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Observe treatment progress and medication effects.
• Monitor fluid intake/output and chart patients.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Administer injections, prescribed medications, wound care.
• Provide emotional support and communicate with families.
