Complete Care is actively seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for per diem shifts in Pennsylvania. Shifts available are 7A–7P and 7P–7A, offering flexible scheduling and a competitive hourly rate between $33.50 and $37.00.

You will provide direct patient care to residents in long-term care, monitor conditions, and collaborate with a skilled clinical team to implement individualized care plans. The role supports professional growth and mentorship with comprehensive health benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Pennsylvania (PA) required.
• At least 1 year of long-term care experience.
• Ability to provide direct patient care and follow care plans.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administration of medications, wound care, and other nursing tasks
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to supervisory staff
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service and patient satisfaction
• Participate in training and education programs to stay current with industry best practices and developments
