Job summary

Alps at Wayne Rehab in Wayne, NJ is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on care to residents and support the unit’s clinical leadership with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.

This LPN role offers flexible shifts (7:30AM–3:30PM, 3:30PM–11:30PM, 11:30PM–7:30AM) and is available as full-time, part-time, or per diem, with a benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license valid in NJ.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents’ conditions.
• Assist physicians during rounds and exams.
• Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members.
