Job summary

Preferred Professional Services (PPS) Agency in Connecticut is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for per diem shifts across long-term care and rehab facilities. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and support CNAs in delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Valid state license (LPN) required.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
