Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads. You will provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient status, and coordinate care with the healthcare team.

The role requires an active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, a current BLS/CPR certification, and the ability to meet physical demands.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Minimum of 1 year facility-based nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• PPD (tuberculosis test) within the last year.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Providing nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administering medications and treatments.

• Providing wound care and patient education.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition.
