Job summary

Cherry Hill Free Clinic, Inc. seeks experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Per Diem team serving Hampton Roads, VA.

You will provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer meds, document patient information, and coordinate care with the healthcare team. The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license, has at least 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, a recent PPD test, and can meet physical requirements with or without accommodation.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD test completed within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Coordinate care with the healthcare team.
• Perform other duties as facility requires.
